“Sponge City” was created for a 2018 hackathon at ArcTouch, the company where I work at the time. These little fellas were part of an educational app that uses augmented reality to simulate bacteria growth on a sponge. The main objective was to inform people, in a light and approachable manner, of the importance of changing cleaning sponges regularly to avoid “collecting” monsters in your household.
